Britton Neeley started in construction at 16 years old. While working under a master carpenter for several years he realized his passion for building and remodeling. Britton has worked in several other building-related industries and was a firefighter for 10 years. Britton truly cares about his clients, his team, and his work. His main goal is to build a trustworthy and reliable building company with a great team culture.
Erik Vanwart
Project Manager / Lead Carpenter
Erik, a veteran of the US Navy has spent a large portion of his civilian life in residential construction. From repairs and remodeling to managing new home builds on the coast of North Carolina, Erik's wide range of experience shows in his attention to detail and workmanship. Erik cares greatly about the people he serves and his work.
Rocky Kittle
Carpenter / Project Assistant
Rocky is a carpenter and a detail-oriented construction team member with a degree in art, bringing a creative eye and precision to every project. Before entering the construction field, Rocky served as a U.S. Navy veteran and retired federal law enforcement officer, where he honed his discipline, attention to detail, and leadership skills. This diverse skill set allows him to manage multiple aspects of home-building projects efficiently while maintaining a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Interior Designer
Samantha, founder of Southern Bespoke Design, brings a wealth of experience to the table, cultivated over 10 years in both the business development and design realms of custom linens and furniture. She is passionate about crafting spaces that are both beautiful and comfortable, tailored to your individual needs. Samantha believes your home should be a reflection of your unique personality and lifestyle.
